Health & Safety Site Manager

Requirements:

- Relevant academic qualifications and/or proven experience in Health & Safety.

 - Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.

 - Experience with safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and a solid understanding of applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

 - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

-Good command of English, both written and spoken.

 Tasks:

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Health & Safety strategy and policies within the Distribution Centre. You will ensure that safety is fully integrated into daily operations and that all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are strictly followed.

Working closely with managers and employees, you will play a key role in building and strengthening a proactive safety culture across the site.
