Requirements:
Technical experience:
-At least 1 year of experience in a position with duties and responsibilities like those described (Mandatory)
-A degree in journalism, audiovisual communication, public relations, marketing, digital marketing, pedagogy, sociology, political Science
or a similar field, and/or in relevant policy areas related to the company’s projects (training, employment, business management, EU affairs, integration). (Mandatory)
-Experience in managing social media accounts (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), building engagement, analyzing data, reporting metrics, and monitoring digital strategies.
-Experience with, and ability to learn, digital analysis tools (e.g., Ads, Analytics, Metricool, Hubspot, or similar).
-Experience in digital communication, marketing campaigns, corporate communication, marketing trends, campaign design, and collaboration with advertising and creative agencies.
Languages:
-High level of English, C1 or equivalent with excellent oral, writing, and narrative skills. (Mandatory)
-Knowledge of other languages, such as French, Italian, German… (Desirable).
The EU Communications Officer’s tasks will include, inter alia:
-Contributing to the development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of communication activities within the framework of EU projects.
-Supporting the development and drafting of blog posts, articles, newsletters, communication materials, and content for social media channels related to EU projects and the company’s national and regional initiatives.
-Assisting in the drafting of EU proposals, mainly in work packages (WPs) related to communication, dissemination, and sustainability.
-Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the communication strategy, defining and maintaining FEH’s corporate identity across all communication channels, and reporting feedback and suggested improvements when required. Supporting the further development and updating of FEH’s digital media channels (e.g., website, social media, blogs).
-Supporting the preparation and delivery of FEH information and awareness-raising campaigns, including the organisation of local and international events and workshops in line with EU-funded project guidelines; drafting and implementing communication plans for EU-funded initiatives; and preparing dissemination materials (leaflets, presentations, guides) and newsletters.
