Information Technology Specialist

Requirements:

- Graduated from Technical Departments of Universities (Computer Programming, Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Technologies, etc.)

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Good command of both written and spoken English

- Preferably have experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)

- Experience in Local Area Network (LAN) topologies, protocols (TCP/IP, Qos, VPN, etc.) and equipment (especially switches).

- Expertise in LAN installation, configurations, operation, Internet, Intranet and security- Knowledge of communication infrastructures (xDSL, ISDN, LL, TDM, Fiber, etc.) offered by Network Service providers.

- Knowledgeable enough to provide support on Microsoft (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows 2019 Server), Linux and mobile (IOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc.) operating systems

Functions:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and other devices

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

- Providing maintenance and support on PC Desktop, Laptop and Server systems

- Providing support for Microsoft (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows 2019 Server), Linux and mobile (IOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc.) operating systems

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

- Providing technical support across the company

- Setting up accounts for new users

- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

- Participate in Company IT Projects
