Requirements:
• Experience working in SharePoint projects as a developer or administrator for at least 4 years, delivering SharePoint tools, reports and workflows from scratch.
• Experience as Office365 Tenant Admin, knowledge in O365 Security and Compliance is a plus.
• Experience with: SharePoint, Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven apps), Power Automate, MS Graph, Portals, web apps, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services...) and SPFx.
• Experience working in an Agile environment before, or ideally experience as Scrum Master.
• Knowledge about SharePoint online resources such as hubs, team and communication sites, custom pages or libraries.
• Knowledge of technologies such as C#, SPFx, Azure Functions and Power Shell.
• Knowledge in languages such as JSON, CSS and HTML will be highly valuable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into development plans.
• English fluency (at least high B2), enough to work in an international environment.
• Proactivity, dynamism, and eagerness to learn new technical skills and find resourceful solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in presales processes in a plus.
Tasks:
• Developing and implementing automation features to streamline and enhance SharePoint sites and workflows via Microsofts Power Platform Applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
• As Team Lead, estimate and distribute the task effort.
• As Technical Lead, guide the Team in technical tasks.
• Collaborating with national and international stakeholders to develop solutions with out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality, including creating sites, subsites, pages, lists and libraries, managing data and metadata with custom content types, site columns, and document sets, and configuring web-parts, page layouts and custom views.
• Implementing and maintaining site permissions structure, site navigation structure and document management systems.
• Evolving current C#, Azure Functions and Power Shell developments for Microsoft products integration.
• Collaborating with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop new sites, pages and workflows in iterative cycles (sprints).
• Gathering requirements from end-users and creating documentation (test plans, wireframes, requirements documents, etc.).
• Conducting assessments of current-state customer SharePoint environments to identify strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvements.
• Developing project plans, user guides and training materials to facilitate customer understanding and adoption.
