Funcions:

We are looking for a graduate with a technical or scientific degree, to join a multi-skilled team specialized in R&D, innovation and consultancy projects in the field of transport, logistics and ports.
Requirements:
› BSc or MSc. (PhD will be recognised). ›1-3 years of experience in logistics, maritime transport and ports related companies (working mainly on project management, process improvement, digitalisation or innovation).› Specific training in ports, transport and logistics will be recognised.› Specific knowledge of Port Community Systems (PCS), Port Management Systems (PMS) or Single Windows systems will be recognised.› Experience in agile, lean, operations, systems and project management methodologies will we recognised.› Fluent in English (excellent speaking and writing skills).› Good communication skills, both oral and written.› Excellent teamwork skills.› Availability to travel.
More precisely, the following activities are foreseen:
› Participation in research and innovation projects from different programmes (H2020, Horizon Europe, CEF, Interreg, National and regional programmes). › Participation in ports, transport and logistics consultancy projects acting as a functional analyst, defining functionalities and gathering customer requirements. You will define together with the technical team the technological solution that adapts to the requirements and prepare the documentation for the clients approval and to transfer it to the technical team in charge of developing the solution.
