Accountabilities and responsibilities:
Support the centralization of the KPI/Bonus management process for FY22 in the High performing organisation Collate and manage KPI data, ensuring manual tracking and robust reporting to measure achievement Support the creation of compelling presentations to present strategic and complex information Manage the engagement with the KPI/Bonus task force to ensure continuous and timely focus on the delivery of the process Support the implementation of the new total reward management solution, monitor any risks and issues, develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to help the timely implementation Deliver excellent service, in line with project milestones, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
Conditions:
